Lance McIntosh has been in the investment industry for over 30 years. He works with private clients to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment time horizon, consider tax impacts, and develop their investment portfolios using a disciplined, value-based strategy. He and his team manage customized strategies using stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, bonds, and cash equivalents.

Lance is a Northwest native who began his career in 1985 at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he managed private accounts. He joined Kidder, Peabody & Co. in 1989 before joining Ragen MacKenzie in 1992. In 2011, Lance became a founding principal and Director of RMG Asset Management, LLC, which moved to Stifel in 2013. Lance was named as one of Barron's Top 1,000 Financial Advisors and Top 25 Washington State Financial Advisors in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013.*

Lance earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Lake Washington Youth Soccer Association and is a past President and past Board member of the Crossfire Premier Soccer Club. He is a former Chairman of the Seafirst Bank/Butch Blum Classic golf tournament to benefit The Bob Hope Heart Institute. He has coached girl's basketball at Redmond High School, and he has been a volunteer for Redmond Boys and Girls Club, Redmond North Little League, and A.A.U. basketball.

Kari Hayden began her career in the financial services industry in 1997 when she joined the Seattle office of Ragen MacKenzie. In 1999, Kari moved to the Bellevue office to work with Lance, and over the course of their long history together, Lance has come to rely on her for her attention to detail to support the managing of his practice. Kari assists in managing and balancing investment models. She also assists in the financial planning process and  works to thoroughly understand clients' lives so that the team can formulate a tailored wealth plan for clients. She believes personalized service is essential to a successful client experience and is committed to ensuring this is delivered at all times, for all client needs.

Kari earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Washington University in 1995. She is registered with the Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses. In her free time, she enjoys a good road trip and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Lauren Boone joined Stifel in December 2015. Along with maintaining administrative business functions and serving clients as needed, Lauren's diverse skill set allows her to provide operational and marketing support for the branch.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Seattle University, Lauren has a strong background in client communications and public relations. She previously worked as a Content Manager at a local business marketing agency, 4th Avenue Media, and served the Microsoft Corporate Public Relations (PR) and Windows PR teams as an Assistant Account Executive at Waggener Edstrom. After graduation, Lauren worked in Milan, Italy, supporting regional Amazon Italy PR efforts at a boutique agency, Mirandola Comunicazione.

Eager to learn and serve in a dynamic, fast-changing industry, Lauren joined the RMG Group of Stifel to provide personalized client service and a fresh point of view. She holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. A Pacific Northwest native, she enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and live music.
